Chef Pork, born on a modest family farm in Gascony, France, rose from humble beginnings to become one of the most revered figures in the culinary world. Raised among root vegetables and wild herbs, Pork displayed an early affinity for the kitchen, often seen replicating classic French techniques with scraps from the family trough. Recognizing his potential, he was sent to study under the legendary Chef Gaston Truffe at Le Cochon d’Or, where he refined his palate and developed a philosophy rooted in discipline, terroir, and respect for every ingredient.
